• Liaising with tenants and arranging property viewings.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies.
• Maintaining relationships with Landlords and Tenants.
• Generating new and repeat business.
• Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards.

Skills

Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
