A Catholic educational institution is seeking a Lettings Assistant to manage external lettings at St Peter's site. Candidates must be organised and able to communicate confidently with external parties. Evening and weekend availability is required. The position offers a casual, zero-hour contract with a pay rate of £12.65 hourly, plus holiday pay. Applications are only accepted from internal candidates.

The successful candidate will need to be organised and confident speaking to and managing external lettings onsite. First aid qualification would be advantageous. Evening and weekend work will be required.
