A leading real estate firm in Esher is hiring a Lettings Administrator on a permanent basis to manage enquiries and oversee daily operations. This role involves ensuring outstanding customer service and proper marketing of properties. Ideal for candidates who are proactive and have strong administration and customer service skills. The position offers excellent training and development opportunities in a supportive team environment.
This role will support the office by dealing with enquiries via phone, email or in person, general administration and compliance.
Overseeing the day-to‑day operations in the office, you will ensure properties are marketed correctly and that clients and customers receive outstanding customer service.
This role is being recruited to provide continuity for an upcoming maternity leave within the team. The position is offered on a permanent basis, with the successful candidate initially based in our Esher office.
After the first 12 months, and in line with business needs, there may be the opportunity – or requirement – to transfer to another local office within a 15-mile radius. Any potential move would be discussed well in advance and fully supported to ensure a smooth transition.
