Our Leisure Receptionist gives the first impression of our Village experience. You greet members and guests on arrival and are the first point of contact by phone. You’ll deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring members have what they need and that enquiries are handled effectively. You’ll get to know our members and help them make the most of Village life.

Responsibilities
- Meet and greet members and guests on arrival, take bookings, and introduce new people to the club.
- Resolve queries and keep our members happy, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond effectively to enquiries by phone and in person.

What we need from you
- A natural ability to interact with all types of people, using effective selling techniques and a belief in sales through service.
- A passion for leisure, fitness and customer service.
- Ability to understand individual needs and tailor service and communication accordingly.
- A drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- A team mentality and ability to form strong relationships within leisure and other departments.
