Location: Finlake Holiday Park, TQ13 0EJ

Salary: £12.60 per hour

Hours: Variable, to be discussed – up to 40 hours per week (job share considered)

Job Type: Seasonal

Are you an organised, customer‑focused individual with a passion for delivering premium service? At Haulfryn, we create exceptional holiday experiences and we’re looking for a Leisure Receptionist to support the day‑to‑day front desk operations of our busy leisure complex at Finlake Holiday Park.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide a warm welcome to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Handle guest queries with professionalism and a friendly attitude
  • Make/answer calls and relay messages via phone, email or face‑to‑face, ensuring all communications are passed to the relevant departments.
  • Make bookings and reservations and take payments using the in‑house system
  • Check in customers on arrival, delivering a 5‑star service
  • Sign up new leisure members and explain membership benefits
  • Conduct guided tours of the facilities
  • Assist in coordinating the Swim School Programme alongside the leisure team
