Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Showcase our facilities to potential new members and tailor the experience to their needs.
• Provide tours in person or over the phone to help prospective members understand our club offerings.
• Match individual member goals to the facilities and services available at Village Gym.
• Advise on additional products and services to help members smash their fitness goals.
• Represent Village Hotel Club’s personality, individualism and fun, ensuring service excellence across all locations.

• A natural ability to interact with all types of people using effective selling techniques and a belief in sales through service.
• A passion for leisure, fitness and customer service.
• An ability to understand the individual needs and wants of our members and tailor your service and communication around them.
