Qualifications

• Must have attended an approved Legionella Risk Assessment course.
• Experience of carrying out L8 risk assessments within the industry.
• Good working knowledge of commercial water systems and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Legionella risk assessments following industry guidelines.
• Working on various domestic and commercial systems.
• Producing schematic drawings and final documents.
• Providing recommendations and prices for remedial works.
• Undertaking regular temperature testing and water sampling.
• Carrying out surveys of water systems as per ACOP L8.
