Job Summary

Job Title: Legionella Consultant. Location: Slough, Berkshire. Salary / Benefits: £22k – £38k + Training + Benefits. Level of Experience: Trainee Legionella Consultant through to Lead Legionella Consultant.

Profile

An established Water Hygiene / Legionella client of ours works on Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality and Public Sector sites and is now looking to employ a hardworking and keen Legionella Consultant based in and around the Slough area. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry, carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on a mixed portfolio of sites in line with ACoP L8 guidelines.

Applications will be considered from: Windsor, Bracknell, Woking, Guildford, Reading, Basingstoke, Andover, Maidenhead, Oxford, Whitney, Bicester, High Wycombe, RedHill, Camberly, Farnham, Didcot, Buckingham, Milton Keynes, Bletchley, Brackley.

Experience & Qualifications

• Must hold industry relevant qualifications, i.e., City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessing.
• Experience working within the Water Hygiene / Legionella industry for an established company.
• Will have excellent working knowledge of relevant Health and Safety / ACoP L8 guidelines.
• Proficient in using handheld PDA / TEAMS / IT systems.
• Proven track record working within Consultancy Services for the Legionella Industry.

Role

• Working on a range of Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality and Public sector sites carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments, working in line with ACoP L8 / Health and Safety guidelines.
• Working to schematic drawings and producing final documents and detailed reports for clients.
• Providing clients with excellent Consultancy advice.
• Producing prices, quotations and recommendations for routine control measures, remedial works, and Risk Assessments.
• Demonstrating knowledge of the Cooling towers and process systems.
• Attending meetings with clients on site in line with company needs.
• Continuing to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients.
