VANRATH is assisting a leading firm in Ballyclare with the recruitment of a Legal Secretary.

This role is based in Ballyclare and offers flexibility with working hours, Monday to Friday. Both full-time and part-time positions are available due to company growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a legal secretary with relevant experience to join a reputable firm that values its staff and offers various incentives.

The successful candidate will work within Conveyancing.

Position Details:

  • Typing and audio typing of correspondence, memos, emails, and documents
  • Preparing briefs and legal documents
  • Filing statutory returns and managing documentation
  • Handling telephone and email correspondence on behalf of solicitors
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining records
  • General administrative support to the team

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Legal Secretary
  • Experience in Conveyancing is preferred
  • Effective time management and diary management skills
  • Good communication and telephone skills
