Job summary

A recruitment agency is currently seeking a PA / Personal Assistant to support lawyers in the Property team in Central Birmingham. This hybrid role allows for 2 days of working from the office. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities, handling client communications, and various administrative tasks. Ideal candidates should have prior experience as a Legal PA and proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel, along with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Legal Personal Assistant, Legal PA or Legal Secretary, ideally within a property team.
  • A working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Fantastic communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Be involved in all aspects of the day to day activities for our lawyers in the Property team.
  • Play a key role in the care of their clients.
  • Take internal and external telephone queries.
  • Monitor incoming post and emails.
  • Arrange and carry out administrative support such as photocopying, printing, sending letters, and data entry.
  • Arrange general and electronic filing and record keeping.
