Job Description:

Are you an experienced energy lawyer ready to take on a strategically important role in a dynamic infrastructure business? This is a remote role within an established team.

We’re working exclusively with a leading organisation at the forefront of change in the energy sector. They are looking for a key legal hire to help shape the future of their business. This is a successful national business that forms part of the UK’s infrastructure and is actively embracing change in how energy is generated, used, and sold.

An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced energy lawyer eager to influence how these changes are implemented. Ideally, you will be at least 6 years qualified with established experience in private practice or in-house, covering a broad range of energy matters, including energy contract work.

You will join a highly collaborative legal team involved in strategic business decisions. Your responsibilities will be diverse, reflecting the organisation’s extensive reach across infrastructure and its commitment to innovation in energy and sustainability.

You will lead on cutting-edge energy transformation projects as the business adapts to significant market changes, working closely with the Board, SLT, and stakeholders across the company. Your work will have tangible commercial impact, especially in legal matters related to environmental, social, and governance goals. This role suits someone who embraces challenge and change and is motivated by driving business progress.

If you are ambitious, forward-thinking, and excited by the opportunity to be at the core of an evolving and meaningful industry, we would love to hear from you.

This is a remote role with occasional travel within the UK. Applications will be considered on a full-time or part-time basis (equivalent to 4 days per week).
