Overview

An experienced Legal Assistant is required with Conveyancing experience to provide support for this very professional firm of Solicitors.

Some of your duties will include:

• Managing a portfolio of domestic conveyancing and probate cases
• Attending meetings with clients and establishing their requirements
• Opening case files for new clients and completing AML procedures
• Sending an appropriate client case letter and obtaining Land Registry paperwork
• Dealing with post exchange work such as transfer deeds and requisitions on title
• Managing post completion, dealing with SDLT, API and RX forms
