Legal Assistant / Administrator - Conveyancing

Location: Marlborough

TSR Legal is working with a well-regarded law firm to recruit a Legal Assistant to join their busy Conveyancing team based in Marlborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting fee earners on a varied caseload, and building strong professional relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

The Role

As a Legal Assistant within the Conveyancing team, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. This role would suit someone with previous conveyancing experience who thrives when managing multiple priorities and working at pace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to fee earners within the Conveyancing department
  • Preparing and managing correspondence, documentation, and legal forms
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties in a professional and timely manner
  • Managing files, including opening, closing, and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting the progression of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
  • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
