What you'll be doing
In this role, you’ll provide key legal support across areas like Strategy, Treasury, Fleet, Engineering & Maintenance, and Facilities. You’ll advise on procurement processes—particularly in engineering, maintenance, and fuel (including sustainable aviation fuel)—from running RFPs to negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
You’ll work on fleet transactions and support strategic projects such as acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructures. You’ll also advise the Treasury team on financing, payments, and hedging matters, and help the Facilities team manage easyJet’s diverse property portfolio, including leases and landlord negotiations.
Alongside your legal work, you’ll play a part in driving improvements across the team, looking for smarter, more efficient ways of working through technology and process innovation.
What you'll bring to the team
You’ll be a commercial lawyer with experience in sectors like engineering, maintenance, aerospace, manufacturing, transport, infrastructure or other complex, asset-intensive industries. This role is perfect for someone keen to broaden their skills into corporate and finance transactions beyond pure commercial contracting work.
Ideally, you’ll have some in-house experience, either directly or through a client secondment, and a sharp commercial mindset that helps you cut through complexity and set clear priorities.
You’re great at juggling multiple demands, staying proactive and solutions-focused even in a fast-paced environment. You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
