Our full-service legal client is looking for an experienced and motivated Legal Administrator to provide comprehensive support to their Private Client team in Dunblane.

What you’ll do
  • Draft and prepare correspondence and legal documents from digital dictation
  • Handle incoming calls, take messages, and assist clients visiting the office
  • Manage diaries and schedule appointments
  • Maintain and organize files (both physical and electronic) using client management software
  • Open and close files, ensuring documents are sent to the central depository for storage
  • Assist with Anti-Money Laundering checks using designated systems
What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as a legal secretary within a legal environment, including document production
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional approach to clients, partners, and colleagues
  • Fast and accurate audio and copy typing
  • Proficiency in email communication
  • Strong knowledge of track changes and mail merge
  • Confident in using office equipment (photocopiers, scanners, etc.)
  • Competent in Excel, including spreadsheets and mail merge
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from all levels of legal staff, from partners to trainees
  • Pleasant telephone manner and ability to assist clients with queries
  • Fluency in Italian is an advantage but not essential
