Legal Administrator | Salary: £26,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time) | Location: Radlett | Hours: Full-time, part-time, or school hours considered

About the Role

On behalf of our client, a well-regarded law firm, we are seeking a Legal Administrator to join their Property Real Estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide high-quality support to Conveyancers and Partners, ensuring files progress smoothly while delivering excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and client support to the Conveyancing team across sales, purchases, and re-mortgage matters.
  • Prepare contracts, order searches, request funds, and assist with completions.
  • Submit SDLT returns and Land Registry applications.
  • Maintain and organise client files, ensuring compliance with firm standards and regulations.
  • Liaise confidently with clients, lenders, agents, and other third parties.
  • Handle general office and secretarial tasks, including post, filing, data entry, and record management.
  • Support the team with diary management, correspondence, and telephone cover.
Candidate Requirements
  • Good administration experience
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with a strong client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
