We are hiring for our client,a respected and specialist provider of professional insurance in Ireland. Due to continued team growth, they are seeking a highly organised Administrative Assistant/Legal Secretary to support their legal function and contribute to the smooth running of their Dublin office.

The Role:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic legal correspondence files
  • Diary management and scheduling meetings for legal team members
  • General administration including typing, photocopying, scanning and shredding
  • Manage data entry and maintain internal spreadsheets
  • Provide cover at front of house – answering calls and greeting visitors
  • Collaborate with other internal departments as part of a small, agile team
  • Work closely with solicitors and support team on case-related tasks as required

The Person – What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a legal secretary or administrative support role
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication abilities
  • High level of computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working with data entry and digital filing systems
  • Friendly, professional and team-oriented attitude
  • Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters
