Position Overview

THIS POST MAY CLOSE EARLY DEPENDING ON NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS.

LED FY2 based in the Department of Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT).

Location & Travel

The appointee will be based at Eastbourne District General Hospital with some travel to Conquest Hospital, Hastings but this may change depending on service need.

Hospital at Night Rota

The Trust doctor will take part in the Hospital at Night rota as part of the multi disciplinary team. This posts forms part of the 1:13 Hospital at Night shift rota. The 13 doctors making up the Hospital at Night Rota are comprised of doctors from Urology & ENT, you will be expected to work together out of hours to provide emergency care to both specialty patients. In addition, you will be the first contact for any post operative emergencies for admitted patients under General Surgery, Breast and Gynaecology.
