Overview

The post-holder will be passionate and dedicated and versatile maths teachers who is committed to developing the numeracy skills of learners at GCSE Foundation/Level 2 Functional Skills in a supportive and inclusive 16+ environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent subject knowledge and experience of working with a diverse range of students including those with SEN and SEMH needs and be flexible in your approach to adapt to the various levels and needs of learners.

Responsibilities

The post-holder will be motivated and enthusiastic and a strong team player who strives to deliver the best possible outcomes for our learners by maximising their potential to make positive progress towards timely success. You will be part of a dedicated Maths and English team responsible for providing a tailored learning experience that meets individual needs and supports learners to achieve their qualification goals. You will work closely with students who may require additional support, ensuring an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
