Are you passionate about teaching and learning, keen to share your experience, skills, and knowledge with others? Can you be a positive and inspirational role model for learners? If so, this could be the perfect role for you! Joining us as a Lecturer in Business & Management, you must deliver excellent and inclusive teaching and learning in the classroom so that learners are inspired to succeed and progress. The role requires an individual with the ability to deliver exceptional teaching and learning and inspire, motivate and engage learners. Capable of producing effective schemes of work and lesson plans, you should demonstrate a background of inclusive and challenging teaching strategies and of supporting students to attend by meeting their individual needs.
If you are interested in teaching Business & Management but do not currently have a full teaching qualification, we also have a Trainee Lecturer in Business & Management position available. Simply apply using the same process, but highlight on your application it is for the Trainee Post.
