Overview

Do you have a passion for Acting and want to inspire the next generation of theatre makers? This is an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer to join our Performing Arts curriculum team at North Kent College.

This role is based at our Tonbridge campus. The successful candidate will bring industry expertise to a further education setting, share knowledge for performance and theatre, and guide learners through their studies in a collaborative and supportive teaching environment.

Responsibilities
  • Work as part of the curriculum team to create and deliver lessons across a range of qualification levels, inspiring achievement and the best possible outcomes.
  • Be a team player, an excellent communicator, and maintain a proactive approach to managing deadlines while retaining a high standard of delivery.
Role Details

Where you’ll work: This role is based at our Tonbridge campus.

Your hours: 14.8 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum (0.4 FTE).

Your pay: £14,344.80 - £17,648.40 pro rata per annum (£35,862 to £44,121 per annum full time equivalent) dependent on qualifications and experience.
