Contract: Full‑Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (including 5 hours paid lunch break)

We are seeking two highly organised and detail‑focused Leasing Business Support Coordinators to join our Birmingham‑based team. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of Nacro’s property leasing activities, supporting the full lifecycle of property acquisition, leasing, compliance, and decommissioning.
Working closely with Property Acquisition Managers, Leasing Leads, and colleagues across Operations, Maintenance and Finance, you will help ensure that all processes are efficient, compliant and accurately documented. Strong administrative skills, excellent communication and confidence using CRM and housing management systems are essential.
