A multi-award-winning adult day centre is seeking a learning support worker to assist learners with complex SEN needs on a 1:1 and small group basis. This permanent position offers a supportive role within a fun environment, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with no weekend work required. The role includes a £500 welcome bonus and provides ample room for professional growth. Ideal candidates will have previous SEN or education experience.

This setting is bright, modern and inviting and achieves incredible things daily. This is your opportunity to secure the dream learning support worker role. In this position your work on a 1:1 and small group basis supporting learners from 19+ years with various educational activities, activities to develop their lives and activities to build their confidence. Learners that attend this setting have complex SEN needs so previous SEN experience is desirable.
This job is not easy and is not for the faint-hearted but it will be the most rewarding job you ever do. This position is a permanent role needed Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. This is a day centre so there is no expectation to work evenings and weekends.
