A dedicated educational support provider in Plymouth seeks a calm and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a primary-aged pupil. The role involves fostering emotional regulation and addressing communication challenges, while also building a trusting relationship to enhance the pupil's learning experience. This term-time only position offers a rewarding opportunity to positively impact a child's education and wellbeing. Training and support are provided, along with competitive pay through a transparent PAYE structure.
We are looking for a calm, compassionate, and committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide 1 : 1 support for a primary-aged pupil at our inclusive and nurturing school in Plymouth. The pupil requires consistent, personalised support to help with communication challenges and emotional regulation, both in and out of the classroom.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact by helping a young learner feel secure, understood, and confident in their learning environment.
Please note, the roles are term time only and start ASAP until July 22nd. It will be then pick up again from September onwards.
