Overview

South Staffordshire College is looking to employ a dynamic, energetic, and enthusiastic part time Learning Support Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join our team to provide high quality support for young people and adults who have an Education, Health and Care Plan or a specific learning difference or disability.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑quality support for students with Education, Health and Care Plans or specific learning differences or disabilities.
  • Work effectively and imaginatively to provide first‑class support for students, helping them embrace their differences and develop independence through supportive strategies to achieve their career aspirations.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a range of settings supporting young people or adults with learning differences and/or disabilities.
  • Knowledge of SEND and the Education, Health and Care process.
