Job Overview

Colmore Education Recruitment are currently working with a number of schools in Solihull within the SEN base for students aged 4-11 as well as those under the care of the Local Authority. We are looking for an LSA / Learning Support Assistant who can support students 1:1 and in small groups. You must be able to gain their trust and help them to develop essential skills for life beyond education. The staff are friendly, dedicated and supportive of one another.

Responsibilities

Support students 1:1 and small group settings.

Qualifications
  • SEN experience.
  • Ability to follow instructions set by the class teacher.
  • Positive attitude towards teaching.
  • Ability to build good relationships with pupils needing extra support.
