Key Responsibilities
  • As Learning Support Assistant you will support pupils individually and in small groups, helping them to access learning across the curriculum and running your own nurture group with SEN children.
  • Provide targeted support for children with a range of needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support the school’s values around anti-racism, equity and community engagement.
