Position: Full-Time, Permanent

In this role, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support that enables every learner to make steady progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support for pupils with a range of learning needs.
  • Assist in delivering adapted and engaging learning activities.
  • Support children with emotional development, social skills, and personal care when required.
  • Help pupils with literacy, numeracy, and general classroom participation.
  • Observe pupil progress and share insights with teachers and families.
  • Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
Candidate Requirements:
