Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Calling All Teaching Assistants in South London! Make a Real Difference in the Lives of Students with Special Needs.

About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a vibrant and inclusive school community in Sutton. You'll be supporting students with Autism Spectrum (ASD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them thrive both academically and personally.

Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support
  • Foster independence, confidence, and social skills
  • Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement individual learning plans
  • Use positive behaviour support strategies to manage challenging behaviours
  • Encourage engagement through creative and adaptive learning techniques
What We're Looking For

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including those with transferable skills from care, youth work, or psychology. Ideal candidates will have:

  • A nurturing and patient approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with SEN, Autism, or behavioural needs (desirable but not essential)
