The Supply Register is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join Carlisle College. This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in supporting post-16 learners, particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality support to learners aged 16 and above, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals. You will work closely with teaching staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes student progress, confidence, and independence. This role also includes providing personal care support to learners where required, ensuring their wellbeing and dignity are always maintained.
