A leading educational organization in Oxford seeks a Learning Mentor to support pupils with complex SEND and SEMH needs. You will prepare learning materials, guide pupils through activities, and provide personalized support alongside teachers. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic and have experience in the SEMH sector. The role offers a salary of £23,638 per year, working 40 hours per week during term time, with various benefits including life assurance and flexible support options.
We’re looking for a Learning Mentor to support pupils with complex SEND and SEMH needs, helping them access learning, build confidence, and feel safe, understood, and empowered.
Salary: £23,638 per year (not pro rata) / £13.25 per hour.
Hours: 40/week, Monday‑Friday.
Start: December 2025 / January 2026.
Permanent, term‑time only.
Welford RG20 8HZ, UK only (no sponsorship).
