You will be working in an alternative education provision academy in Chesterfield, part of a trust dedicated to supporting young people who are at risk of permanent exclusion or who have already left mainstream education. The provision operates across several sites in North Derbyshire, covering Key Stages 1-4.
Here, small group settings, personalised learning programmes, and high adult to student ratios enable each pupil to re-engage with learning. The ethos is about helping students rebuild confidence, working toward reintegration or preparing them for their next steps in education or employment.
