Overview

Outwood Academy Ripon has an exciting opportunity for a Learning Manager to join our team. 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.

You will be required to support learning through the use of data, strategic intervention and monitoring to maximise student attainment.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and support all students in the year group, academically and behaviourally.
  • Work closely with the Inclusion Coordinator and the Leadership Team on improving student behaviour, attendance and outcomes.
  • Work with students day to day to help them be the best they can be.
Requirements / Skills
  • Ability to work with students and have a real interest in the issues faced by the students.
  • Extremely well organised with the ability to prioritise work and meet strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and lead by example.
  • Professional, prompt and confidential manner when dealing with students, parents and outside agencies.
