We’re seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to support a L&D tool implementation within a leading financial services organisation.

This role is all about designing and delivering high-impact training that drives confident, compliant, and consistent adoption of new processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and design targeted learning for diverse user groups.
• Deliver engaging training sessions (virtual & in-person) and Train the Trainer workshops.
• Create clear, practical learning materials – guides, walkthroughs, videos.
• Support adoption and readiness activities to embed learning post-implementation.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years’ experience across the full training lifecycle.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of financial services / regulatory environments.
• Familiarity with compliance-heavy tools (eDiscovery experience is a plus).
