Do you enjoy developing people, strengthening talent pipelines, and helping managers grow future capability? We’re looking for an HR Learning and Development Officer to support talent management, succession planning, and everyday learning across the organisation.
You will work closely with line managers to identify talent, assess development needs, and embed Personal Development Plans (PDPs) as a meaningful, practical tool. Your work will help ensure the organisation has the right skills and capability now and for the future.
CIPD Level 3 or equivalent L&D qualification.
