A leading housing association in the UK seeks a part-time Learning & Development LMS Specialist. This role focuses on managing the Learning Management System (LMS), supporting colleagues with digital learning queries, and generating insightful reports. The ideal candidate has proven experience in learning & development, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage digital platforms. Part-Time, Fixed-Term Position : 30 Hours per week until 30 October 2026.
Beeston, Nottingham : £33,281.60 - £35,033.60 (salary for 30 hours)
Farringdon, London : £36,979.20 - £38,925.60 (salary for 30 hours)
About the role : This role sits within the Learning & Development Team and proven experience of working in a Learning & Development function is essential.
You will manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including the operational running of the LMS, delivering a high standard of support to colleagues on digital learning processes and queries. In addition, you will analyse a wide range of learning data to create engaging reports and meaningful management information; providing key insights for the L&OD Team and the business, enabling pro-active action to meet compliance and regulatory objectives.
Interview Dates : provisionally scheduled for Friday 21 and Monday 24 November
