L&D Business Partner – Professional Services | Bristol (Hybrid)

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a professional services firm in Bristol, who are expanding their L&D team due to growth and are looking for an experienced L&D Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape, design, and deliver innovative learning and talent development solutions, supporting a high-performance, future-focused culture.

The Role:
  • Collaborate with Senior L&D Partners and business leaders to design and deliver impactful development for all levels of employees across the firm.
  • Lead and facilitate in-person and virtual workshops, cohort-based programmes, webinars, and digital content.
  • Support and contribute to wider People and talent development projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  • Maintain a feedback loop with the business to ensure continuous improvement and commercial alignment.
  • Partner with external consultants, training providers, and coaches.
  • Leverage data, LMS, and market insights to inform and measure L&D impact, preparing business cases and reports as needed.
  • Champion inclusion, diversity, and innovative approaches (including AI tools) across all L&D initiatives.
About You:
  • Proven L&D and talent development experience at an operational level, ideally within professional services.
