Overview

Do you have experience of copyediting documents efficiently on screen, plus experience of managing editorial workflow, to best practice publishing processes? Redwood has partnered with a prestigious membership organisation based in London, dedicated to preparing professionals for successful careers in finance and business, and this is a great opportunity to contribute to this prestigious organization. This role can be worked on a remote basis or at the London office if preferred.

Responsibilities

• Edit, develop, update and repurpose a range of learning resources across various business areas.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and learning technologists to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Assess the suitability of content for its intended audience and reshape where necessary.
• Support the development of effective online learning experiences.
• Demonstrate strong copy editing and proofreading skills, including the ability to simplify technical content and assess audience suitability.
• Apply solid writing and fact-checking skills, and understand requirements for effective online learning.
• Utilise strong project management skills and work collaboratively to form good working relationships.

Profile

The successful candidate will have experience editing on screen, managing editorial workflow, and delivering best-practice publishing processes. They will also be comfortable rewriting or ghost writing parts of texts based on research and expert guidance.
