An exciting opportunity has arisen at EKC Canterbury College as a Learning and Skills Coach. Are you passionate about support students to achieve their full potential? Do you believe in the power of literacy and numeracy to open doors to opportunities? Can you support students to unlock study and digital skills?
Learning and Skills Coaches support students one-to-one and in small groups, delivery sessions on English, maths, study skills and digital skills. You will work as part of a team of coaches who work across the College, which means that we can play to each team member's strengths to deliver different aspects of our provision.

You will be highly organised, creative, and able to plan engaging and innovative sessions with demonstrated interpersonal skills. Assessing and tracking student progress to further plan interventions will be a vital part of the role, as well as ensuring all students develop the skills they need to succeed. You will be passionate about making a difference to the future careers of our students, providing academic and pastoral support.
