We’re looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join us as a Learning and Organisation Development Coordinator in our Learning and Development Team. The Learning and Development Team is a friendly and approachable team of people professionals who support Karbon in reaching our objectives by supporting and developing our people.
In this role, you’ll coordinate the day-to-day activities of a busy L&OD department, working closely with the team of L&OD specialists and colleagues across the business. You’ll provide a good service to our internal customers, liaise with stakeholders and external providers to organise training and use our Learning Management System (Kallidus) as a key tool. Building strong relationships is essential—both within the immediate team and with stakeholders like our ICT and Internal Communications teams. You’ll also ensure training records are accurate, processes are followed, and everything runs smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on taking initiative and finding solutions. You’ll have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy making sure everything is accurate, well-documented, and organised. Building strong relationships through clear communication is key, and you’ll be friendly, approachable and bring a genuine passion for delivering great customer service. This role is varied and sometimes reactive, so flexibility is important—you’ll often need to switch gears and tackle different tasks throughout the day. You’ll also be confident using technology and keen to learn new systems quickly, with logical thinking. Most importantly, you’ll think for yourself and be resourceful—especially when working with our LMS. We need someone who can explore options, weigh pros and cons, and make informed recommendations without always relying on step-by-step instructions.
