A major UK port authority is seeking a part-time Learning and Development professional. The role includes delivering training requirements, working with both internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring all training compliance. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 GCSEs and relevant experience. The position offers flexible working hours, ensuring training rules are met, and provides a range of employee benefits including annual leave and health care.
Working within the Learning & Development function you will support by delivering training needs across the Port, working with internal and external stakeholders ensuring training requirements are met. You will assist the People Development and Talent Partner by booking training course and updating our online records ensuring that we remain compliant.
This is a part-time position; hours of work can be either 16.5hrs or 21.5hrs per week.
We are open to being flexible, however Monday is our induction day, so this is non negotiable working day.
Salary: £14.60p/h
