A local government authority in Warwick is looking for an experienced Social Worker to coordinate its ASYE program. This 12-month hybrid role requires a registered Social Worker with skills in mentoring and project management. Are you an experienced Social Worker with a passion for developing Newly Qualified Social Workers?
We have an exciting 12-month opportunity for you to coordinate and evolve our Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) approach in Warwickshire County Council.
Location: Hybrid (Base: Shire Hall, Warwick – minimum one day per week in office)
Contract Type: 30 hours per week / Fixed-term (12 months)
You should be a qualified, registered Social Worker and Practice Educator, with expertise in social work education, mentoring, assessment and learning. You should have the ability to communicate and engage effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders, working alongside a dedicated team and key stakeholders across Adult Social Care and Children’s Services. With skills in organisation and M365 applications, having strong project management and process coordination abilities.
