We’relooking for a proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to join ourbusy, friendlyteam and play a central role in delivering high quality learning across our global organisation.

Working closely with the L&D Manager and L&D Advisor,you’llensure our learning programmes run smoothly from start to finishbysupporting colleagues, managinglogistics, coordinating suppliers, and helping to create impactful learning content.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all L&D queries.
  • Coordinateglobalendtoendlearning programme delivery, includingeventscheduling, session setup, promotion, and evaluation.
  • Support the creation or project management of learning content such as videos, infographics, online modules, and presentations.
  • Maintainaccuratedata across our Learning Management System and LinkedIn Learning, producing regular reports and insights.
  • Onboard and manageexternal suppliers in line with compliance, legal, and procurement processes.
  • Trackspend against the L&D budget and managethe professional study funding process.

We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.

About You

  • Significant experienceof providing administrative support to a team.
  • Significant experienceof using MS applications including Excel,PowerPointand SharePoint Online.
  • Abilityto juggle a varied workload, manage competing priorities, problem-solve, and keep the team on track.
  • An interest innew technologies(particularly MS Office apps), and the ability to quickly learn and use them to improve efficiency, communication, and effectiveness.
  • Ability and confidence to communicate verbally and in writing with colleagues at all levels.
  • Consistently produceaccurate,high qualitywork by carefully checking details, following processes, andidentifyingerrors or inconsistencies before they escalate.
  • Confident in working with data using MS Excel, analysing information, and presenting data to others in creative ways.
  • Some experience of using Articulatesoftwareand a Learning Management System.
  • Knowledge of learning and development methodologies.
  • An interest in developing facilitation skills and delivering training in the future
