JOB TITLE: Learner Support Officer Foundation - (Teaching Assistant)
LOCATION: King's Lynn
HOURS: 30 hours per week / 36 weeks per year (term-time plus up to 5 paid training days per annum)
SALARY: £16,933 - £17,073 per annum, which includes an enhancement for annual leave as this is a term-time post (£25,176 - £25,385 FTE)

Learner support officers within the foundation team will support a range of students both within and outside of the classroom. These are varied roles where you can expect to work with learners with educational health and care plans or recognised special educational needs in areas such as maths, English, sessions developing independent living skills and more. No two days are the same.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving foundation learning support team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.
