Overview

Are you early in your HR career but passionate about digital transformation and systems improvement? This HR Process & Systems Consultant role offers the perfect blend of hands-on HR process work and exposure to SuccessFactors – within a collaborative, forward-thinking team. Key Responsibilities

• Analyse existing HR processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and digitalisation
• Act as the liaison between HR teams and IT in shaping and communicating system requirements
• Collaborate with the internal SuccessFactors Consultant to help drive module rollout and adoption
• Contribute to reporting, compliance and training initiatives as systems and tools evolve

Requirements

• Some experience in HR or HR-related projects, ideally within a process-focused or systems-savvy role
• Comfortable engaging both technical and HR stakeholders
• Exposure to SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms is a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong German skills (C1) required
