Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE or equivalent including Maths & English.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years in manufacturing environment.
  • Experience supporting or facilitating structured problem-solving.
  • Evidence of prior involvement in Lean or Six Sigma initiatives.
