Salary: £35,000 per annum

Hours: Monday – Thursday 08:00–17:00, Fridays 08:00–16:30

The Role

They’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on Lean Practitioner to spearhead their internal process transformation. In this key role, you’ll work closely with teams across the business to capture and formalise existing practices, turning them into clear, scalable systems that drive efficiency and consistency.

This opportunity would suit a recent postgraduate with a strong foundation in Lean methodologies and a passion for operational excellence.
