A well-established manufacturing organisation in the UK is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to enhance production efficiency. The role involves developing strategies using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, collaborating with teams to identify improvements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. A degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering is required, alongside proven experience in a fast-paced environment. Role: Process Improvement / Lean Manufacturing Engineer
Salary: c£45,000 + company car or car allowance
Location: West Midlands based with UK travel
Tasked with developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies in both manufacturing and company processes, you will collaborate with the operational & engineering team to perform DMAIC activities to eliminate inefficiencies across the business and provide technical guidance to enhance production quality and efficiency. Responsible for monitoring and analysing KPI's to identify areas for improvement and taking corrective action where needed, you will drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to optimise operations whilst fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the manufacturing team.
