We're investing significantly in developing our leaders, and we are looking for a Leadership Development Manager with genuine depth in leadership development. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast paced environment is energised by the variety that comes with true end-to-end ownership. In our small, agile L&D team, you'll be just as comfortable designing leadership programmes and facilitating executive level workshops as you are rolling up your sleeves to manage practical delivery tasks such as logistics, participant communications, room set‑up or even lunch orders. We care about impact, and that means being hands‑on from start to finish.
Reporting to the L&D Director, this individual contributor position offers span, autonomy and the opportunity to shape the leadership capability of a growing organisation.
