Working within the depot reporting to the Operations Managers and Health & Safety Advisor. The Lead Warehouse Trainer will ensure that all training including working processes, manual handling, MHE training is delivered to the required standard and training records are maintained for all Colleagues. The Lead Warehouse Trainer is responsible for delivering professional training and development whilst supporting Managers, Warehouse Trainers and Colleagues in the daily performance of their duties. During peak times you may be required to work within the warehouse and carry out other tasks to support business needs. The role may involve occasional travel to deliver training to other areas of the business and for personal development, including training and meetings.
Extra responsibility premium will be added on top of hourly wage whilst training
